Industrial machinery is a keen element of every industry:

Challenges and Opportunities of industrial automation - Roland Berger — Roland Berger

Machinery has always been a part of every industry. In industry 1.0 there were those hand made tools. Which are used to bend cut or something else? They also come in industrial machinery. If someone doesn’t understand the meaning of machinery. Then, machinery is something that minimizes human effort. And, with the help of the machinery people can do the work easily. But as time flies a lot of things have changed. And, so does the industrial machinery. Industry 2.0 people have seen changes in industrial machinery.

A lot of new machines comes in place of those handmade tools. They are capable o doing more complex work easily. That was not possible in industry 1.0. Then, comes the era of industry 3.0. In which robots were being used to do the work. Most of the robots work along with the human. But they need human help to do the work. And, then comes the era of industry 4.0. In which everything has changed. Now the machines can talk to each other and take critical decisions also. Without even the help of a human. By this one can easily say that the industrial machinery has evolved a lot.

Robots are being used everywhere

Nowadays if someone goes to any industry. Then, they can see that the uses of robots have been increased over the past few years. In every area, the robots are being widely used. Because of their precision and less time is taken to complete the job. That is why most of the industries are using robots in their industry. So, that they can increase their production and profit too.

Industry 4.0 is different

But robots need human to do the work. This is not the case in industry 4.0. They work on sensors so, that they can talk to other machines. And, that is why they don’t need humans to do their work. That is why industry 4.0 is very different. n
